If you could have dinner  with one historical figure, who would you choose and why? 
I have so many great answers to this question. I could give you a silly answer and say Pocahontas. I mean hello, that would probably be pretty awesome to have lunch with someone from the 1600's. 

One of my all time favorite actresses/comedians is Lucille Ball. I'm obsessed. I love her. I have recently watched the documentary/movie on her and Desi's life. And holy crap, what a roller coaster she was on. I first fell in love with Lucy when I was in middle school. I had to do a report on someone with the same name as me or similar names. Some weird topic. And Lucy's middle name is Desiree. I fell even more in love with her life when I hit high school and went through 4 years of TV production. Lucy and Desi basically pioneered the 3-camera-technique when it comes to television, which is now the norm for television citcoms. How crazy. This stuff might now blow your mind like it does mine, but Lucy was brilliant. I could go on and on and on. But I will spare you. I'll stick with how inspirational and genuine she was. She had a crazy life, she made mistakes, she had triumphs. She lived her life. 

Oh and also, I used this video to announce our pregnancy on Facebook. Cute, or what? 

And of course, one of the most popular scenes in one of the funniest episodes. It gets me every time.

I think its self explanatory, but Lucy was brilliant. She was hilarious, had the biggest personality. And she made it look so easy. It was just natural to her. I would love to sit down at lunch with Lucy and just have the craziest conversations. I love her. Hahah.
